Friday 29th Nov: Switching on of the Christmas lights, Cap de la Vila, 17:15

This will be accompanied by a live band and hot chocolate with churros for the kids

Fri 6th December 20h: Live Music in the Shopping Streets of Sitges from 19h

The band Apocadixie Cotton Pickers will play live music through the principal shopping streets of Sitges, accompanied by festive characters, to help get everyone into the festive mood.

Sat 14th December: Arrival of the ‘tio’ 11am (tbc)

A procession featuring a traditional yule log type character who gives presents to kids. From Cap de la Vila to the town hall via Plaza Mayor

Sat 14th Dec – 6th January (tbc) Exhibition of the ‘Pesebre’ (Traditional Nativity Scene), Palau del Rei Moro

Fridays 6 Saturdays from 18h-20h; holidays & Sundays from 12-14h & 18-2030h. There will also be nativity scenes to visit at Miramar-Centro Cultural; Ermita de Vinyet; Iglesia de Sant Joan Bautista; and Parroquia de Sant Bartomeu i Santa Tecla

Sun 15th December 10h: Shepherds’ Parade, Cap de la Vila to P Ajuntament (tbc)

A lively procession of musicians and actors take an offering to the ‘tio’ where it lies in the town hall

Literally ‘Let’s make the tio poo’, this traditional moment sounds a whole lot better when you realise he is pooing presents for everyone!

Friday 27th December to 5th January, Pabellon de Pins Vens (tbc) ‘Parque de Navidad/Parc de Nadal’

A zone for small kids with inflatables, workshops, shows and more. There are usually morning and afternoon shifts on most days, with only afternoon on the first day and only morning on the last day
