Was too busy (and hungry) to take more photos, but my 3rd time at “Casa de Asadores” was very good, once again. Excellent and generous tender meat and very tasty salad and vegetables side dishes.
When the meat craving hits, certainly one of the places to go to in Sitges
Finally got the chance to have a meal at Martin & Santos Casa Asadores on Carrer Major (near Placa Ajuntament) and we were not disappointed. They have an excellent wine list, we chose an Argentine Malbec that I thought was a bit light at first but it turned out to be perfect with all of our dishes. For starters my husband had the beef empanada; lovely flakey pastry and flavorful beef filling. I had a corn based dish dressed with just the right amount of goat cheese. The “funk” of the cheese married with the sweetness of the corn so beautifully that I will go back just for that dish and a glass of cava. For entrees I had the sirloin and my husband had a sirloin veggie skewer both tender, flavorful and perfectly cooked. The quality of the meats was outstanding. In each case we could have shared those entrees; not embarrassed to say we boxed up the leftovers for take home. We never made it to dessert choosing instead to savor the rest of our wine. Lovely, friendly service should not go unmentioned.
Casa de Asadores Restaurant. Honestly the best steak I’ve had in Sitges. Argentinian steak at its finest. Service and ambiance delightful. We didn’t have starters or desserts but delicious sounding options available. Will certainly be returning.
