We make vegan food with substance, colours and flavours… Our inspiration comes from a mix of cultures, especially from Nepal, the surrounding countries and European Mediterranean cuisine. Our recipes are mainly inspired by Nepalese and European cuisine , whose dishes are born from the great variety of its neighbouring countries as well as from Nepal’s own soil and climate, resulting in a very interesting option that includes Nepalese versions of Tibetan, Indian and Thai food. Additionally, Nepal has a rich vegan tradition, with exciting flavours, and a culture of healthy food passed down from generation to generation
