Who I am and why I can help you:

To say I’ve been through ups and downs and all arounds in my life is an understatement. I’ve certainly lived, some would say beyond my years. I’ve learned, I’ve loved, I’ve hurt, I’ve experienced extreme highs and lows, I’ve cried my heart dry on occasions, I’ve been blessed, I’ve blamed, I’ve forgiven and so on…

The details are less than important – we all have our journeys, our stories, our lives behind us, our lives ahead of us and most importantly our lives right now.

Through the years, the people I’ve met and shared parts of my story with are dumbfounded at how many transformations I seem to have gone through along the way. I’m at a stage now where little surprises me and even less generates judgement in me. I am firm believer that in order to understand someone you have to have walked in their shoes, and as we definitely can’t do that, we have no right to judge what we can never fully understand.

I have dedicated my life to learning and growing through my own choices, my interactions with so many other people of all walks of life and through having an open heart and mind to anything and anyone that crosses my path. Needless to say, this has not always been easy – far from it on many occasions, but with time I have always been able to look back and see the growth that sprouted from even the most painful of experiences.

After battling with facing up to my true purpose of helping people help themselves for too long, I finally got the kick up the butt I needed from life; I retrained, I took a huge leap of faith and I learnt to trust myself – the retraining was the easiest part of that rather complex process!

Now fully aligned with who I am and what I have to offer, I have been helping people create huge changes in their lives, in even more profound ways than I could have ever imagined.
