We are a restaurant committed to local, traditional cuisine. Located in one of the most iconic streets of the old town of Sitges, traditionally home to fishing families. La Nansa uses the most well-kept recipes of the fishermen of Sitges, introducing a great diversity of fish that will surprise you. We propose a menu based on a traditional family recipe book , which has been built throughout history, of which we are custodians and that we have to save, defend and grow for the next generation. As you might expect, we are accredited members of the Ruta del Xató and of course you will find exquisite examples of this local delicacy here!
