Vero is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) by Yoga Alliance®. She is also trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Zen yoga, Yoga Nidra and Flexibility Training (Science of Stretching®).
In addition to the certifications she has been practicing (almost) daily for 26 years. The mat is her longest companion. She currently lives in Sant Pere de Ribes, Barcelona.
