Paó de Sitges gin is a local, artisanal gin created by Ed and Emily, two English gin lovers who worked on 55 recipes before settling on this distinctive set of 14 triple distilled botanicals drawing on both local and herbs from further afield. The gin launched in December 2021 and to the day a year later we opened up our flagship store and workshop space at Calle Major in the heart of Sitges where you can sign up for cocktail classes, our gin school and other workshops. With two silver medals for the gin and a gold medal for our packaging under our belt, watch this space for additions to the Paó family.
