Copas Llenas is a FoodTech startup specialising in the wine market, establishing an ecosystem of the services for market players (hospitality, wine producers, and distributors) and for wine lovers and consumers (including clients of the hotels, bars, and restaurants).

Copas Llenas & Sitges Wine Club was born out of our love and professional interest in wine, gastronomy, restaurant service, passion for travel and winery visits, and communication with wine consumers and producers.

1. For Consumers, Wine Enthusiasts & Wine Lovers:

1.1. Wine tastings (public and private): Sign up for one of our wine tastings.
Each bottle selected for tasting contains exciting stories of the people who create it with love. We will share these stories with you during the tasting and exchange opinions about the wines we taste.


We choose authentic and artisan wines from small wineries with limited production. We aim to form a culture of meaningful pastimes where wine plays a central role. Our wine tastings are free of snobbery and complicated terms.

Upon request, we would be happy to design and organize a private wine tasting for you, your family, and your friends. We can come to your location (whether it’s your home or where you’re staying) with the appropriate wine glasses and wines. You can choose from one of our pre-designed tastings or a fully customized experience. No matter the size of the group — we can even organize it for just one person.

1.3. We help on wine and accessories selection for consumers and wine lovers (for home dinners and parties, gifting, or for creating your wine collection).

1.4. Private wine tours to small, family-run wineries. We would be happy to organize a personalized wine tour for you, sharing unforgettable moments as we travel together, explore vineyards, taste incredible wines, and listen to the stories of our friends — passionate winemakers.

2. For B2B (Restaurants, Bars, Hotels, etc.):
We create wine lists that evoke emotions and bring joy to people, aligned with current trends in the wine world. In addition to creation, we keep them up to date monthly. With this service, we assist restaurants and bars in enhancing and balancing the gastronomic experiences for their clients.

We understand that having a sommelier on staff can be a significant investment for many restaurants. This is where our service comes in — a smart and cost-effective alternative that solves the wine list dilemma for your establishment, perfectly fitting your concept and the current trends in the wine world.

– We collaborate with more than 16 wine, accessory, and glassware suppliers and directly with a number of wine produces to select the most diverse and original wines for you and your establishment (considering more than 10.000 wine references from various European countries).
– We care about the environment, promote sustainable consumption and the production of organic, biodynamic, and natural wines. We focus on small producers of authentic wines. We aim to create a culture of a meaningful pastime where wine is present.
