ViZ Arquitectes is owned by a UK trained architect registered in Spain since 1992. During that time I have designed and built residential, retail, commercial and transport infrastructure projects in Catalunya, Madrid, Valencia, Sevilla and the Baleares for diverse clients including Virgin, Hilfiger, ASICS, Under Armour, RENFE, Barcelona City Council and the Generalitat. Our private clients remain private. Together with my structural and environmental consultants, we now concentrate on sustainable residential projects for both new and existing buildings, developing the projects from conception to completion, advising our clients on site acquisition, local planning regulations, project programming, sustainability, contractor selection, site supervision, cost control and legalisation. We can also provide the surveys and economic forecasts prior to the purchase of any property. The practice is fully trilingual and based in Vilanova i la Geltrú.
