Sitges DO Penedès Gastronomy Trail 2024

The Sitges DO Penedès Gastronomy Trail 2024 returns from November 7 to 30 for its fourth edition. If you are a lover of the area’s gastronomy and viniculture, you can now mark the dates in red on your calendar! (DO in English is denomination of qualified origin and refers to products such as Champagne, Stilton Cheese or Penedès wine that have distinctive unique qualities and are recognised as being produced in a certain area by certain producers).

9 Restaurants will pair their delicacies with 31 DO Penedès wineries on the IV Gastronomy Trail in Sitges

There’s a great gastronomic experience offered in each participating restaurant. The dishes served are paired with local wines produced by the wineries that belong to the DO Penedès. Diners can enjoy excellent dinners with a tasting menu and listen to explanations and comments about the preparation and the wines that accompany each dish. It’s a great opportunity to get to know and taste quality wines with the added bonus of doing it alongside the people who created them.

The experience is all encompassing: good food and good drink in the company of the professionals behind the products.
