The Local Government Board, held Monday 3rd June, has approved the awarding of the contract for the drafting service of a project for the adaptation of the current public lighting of the Passeig Marítim de Sitges, between the Fragata area and the Park de Mar, to the company GESA SL, for a total amount of 17,840.07 euros. The objective is to maintain the correct operation of public lighting installations, guaranteeing safety for goods and people, and with adequate light levels with maximum energy efficiency.

The Local Government Board also approved the extension for the Sitges City Council Home Care Service (SAD) contract. This service offers care and support to people with a lack of personal autonomy (whether temporary or permanent) at the person’s home to ensure they stay at home for as long as possible.

In the field of urban planning, the municipal body has approved the granting of the license for major works to the company Satu Resort SL for the construction of a 4-star hotel with swimming pools and basement for parking in Les Botigues de Sitges, simultaneously with the execution of the urbanization works. The granting of the major works license for the construction of a nursing home in Les Botigues de Sitges has also been approved.

• Approval of the award of the contract based on the framework agreement for project drafting and construction management services for the local entities of Catalonia (exp. 2021.05) lot-23 for the preparation of the executive project for the renovation and improvement of the exterior public lighting installations on the Passeig Marítim de Sitges.
• Approval of the second and last extension of the home care service contract (SAD) of Sitges City Council.
• Approval of the granting of the major works license for the construction of a building intended for a 4* hotel with swimming pools and a basement for parking and other services, located in the area of ​​PMU 15, Vallbona endowments, building 3 , plot r.02, Sitges.
• Approval of the granting of the major works license for the construction of a building intended for a nursing home located in the scope of the PMU 15 endowments Vallbona, building 3 plot R.01 of Sitges.
• Approval of the name change of the major works license for the construction of a detached single-family house with swimming pool located at Lola Anglada, 17.
• Approval of the supporting account of the subsidy for the promotion of school and federated sport at the Club de Futbol Blanca Subur de Sitges in 2023.
• Approval of the justification of the nominative grant to the Associació Concertante for the dissemination and realization of the 27th Josep Mirabent i Magrans 2023 music competition.
• Approval of the second extension of the transfer agreement of an office of the centre of creative companies to Appsworking SL
• Approval of the third extension of the agreement for the transfer of use of an office of the centre of creative companies (module 8) to Roccomotion Audiovisual SL
