The Terramar CaixaBank 2025 Festival has announced this Friday the first artists confirmed for the 2025 edition, which will be held from July 25 to August 10 in Sitges. The line-up for the 8th edition includes The Beach Boys, Kool & The Gang, Lax’n Busto, Zaz, Ana Belén, Sara Baras, Mikel Erentxun, and Pecos.
The programme will start with the legendary Californian band The Beach Boys, who will offer the opening concert. With a career spanning almost six decades, this group is well known for classic songs such as Surfin’ USA, Wouldn’t It Be Nice or Good Vibrations .
Another of the highlights will be Kool & the Gang, the legendary American band will perform on August 9 on the stage of the Jardins de Terramar, to perform hits such as Celebration, Ladies’ Night, Get Down on It or Fresh, among others.
On July 26, singer and actress Ana Belén will perform, returning to the stage after six years to play the greatest hits of her repertoire and debut new songs from her latest work.
French singer Zaz, author of global hits such as Je Veux or On Ira , will return, having performed here in 2023, to present her new album as part of her international tour. The artist will perform her music, which fuses French chanson with manouche jazz , on July 27 .
Basque singer Mikel Erentxun, known for having been the leader of Duncan Dhu, will perform the band’s repertoire from the album Por Tierras Escocesas (1984) to El Duelo (2013) on August 5. Erentxun, accompanied by the musicians Karlos Arancegi (drums), Ruben Caballero (guitar), Mikel Azpiroz (piano), Fernando Neira (bass) will bring to the event their tour celebrating the 40th anniversary of Duncan Dhu, a very popular group with songs such as Cien gaviotas, Una calle de París or En algún lugar .
On August 6th, the long-awaited Lax’n’Busto tour will arrive at the festival. The Catalan band returns with its historic line-up, twenty years later and with its original singer, Pemi Fortuny, at the helm. Songs such as Miami Beach, Llença’t, Més que la meva sang or Tornarem , are part of their greatest hits and captured the imagination of more than one Catalan generation.
Sara Baras will also be performing again at the Terramar gardens with a new show, Vuela, to pay tribute to flamenco legend Paco de Lucía. The bailaora will perform there on August 7. The following day (August 8), the Pecos will take to the main stage of the event with their Dos Voces y una Historia , which includes the greatest hits of their recording career.
In the coming weeks, the festival organization will be revealing new additions that will complete the programming of the 8th edition of the Terramar CaixaBank Festival.

Tickets for the first confirmed artists announced this Friday will be available to the public from next Monday, February 10, at 10 a.m., on the festival’s official website www.FestivalTerramarCaixaBank.com
Essential Cycle
The program of the event will be completed with the Essentials cycle, organized by the Department of Culture, to promote the local talent of the region linked to music and dance.
26,400 spectators at the 2024 competition
In 2024, the Terramar CaixaBank Festival achieved an economic impact of €9,791,239, an increase of €1.65 million compared to 2023. Of the final figure of €9.79 million, a percentage of 46.7% of the total, €4,575,878, is the direct impact that the activity has on the local economy. The event produced a return of €5.70 per euro invested and generated 93.6 full-time equivalent jobs. The average expenditure of the 26,400 spectators was €92.9, without taking into account the cost of admission. The impact occurs especially in catering, although other economic sectors benefit, such as hotels, local commerce, leisure or transport.
Regarding sociodemographic data, the report carried out by the consultancy The Watsons indicates that the public festival was visited by people from 267 municipalities in Catalonia, 12 autonomous communities in the rest of Spain and a total of 15 countries.
