We have a central Sitges location which also has a sunny patio so children can spend time outside.

Our philosophy is based on learning through play.

We accept babies from 4 months old. We offer our service from 0745 to 18h (or only 0745-1330, or only 15h-18h). We offer a breakfast, lunch and snack service too

Our Different Phases:

‘Xumets’ Class

From 4 months, what we will work on in this classroom will be:

Personal identity and autonomy, the physical and social environment, communication and representation; including: recognizing oneself in a mirror, recognizing one’s tutor, one’s classmates, etc. (& through photos recognizing the family). At the same time we will help them stimulate their senses, hearing with music and noises, sight with colours, smell with odours for example.

We will help them little by little to become a little more independent. We will teach them the parts of the human body, we will teach them what little fingers are, we will help them to be a curious child, to explore things and to be curious about everything that is within their reach in the classroom.

We will also go step by step showing them what the sounds that come from the throat are; as well as how to teach them to communicate with others, whether by clapping or simply with their voice.

‘Gomets’ Class
In this class we work on habits. We will give great importance to simple, operational and daily actions. Among others, we will focus on how to brush your teeth, wash your hands, eat alone with a spoon, and go to sleep alone.

We will help them to hang their jacket on the hanger, to pick up their toys, to cooperate when getting dressed, to say hello when entering a place and to say goodbye when leaving, to begin to carry out simple tasks, to know how to listen to a story, to sit well in the room, and a host of other thing, developing personal identity and autonomy, and knowledge of the physical and social environment, communication and representation.

Of course this whole process takes us some work and effort, but we are sure that with the help of the instructors they will achieve it, and then at home they will demonstrate it to you!

‘Xivarri’ Class
In this class, we will work on identity and personal autonomy, the physical and social environment, and representational communication. The themes from the Gomets’ class will be developed further, but now with a higher level of autonomy. We will teach them to share toys, to pick things up, to recognize their things, to use the toilet, move around in an orderly manner, know how to take turns, etc.

In the 3 classrooms, as you have seen, more or less the same things will be taught, but each one at a certain level. We will combine all this with the seasons, colours, numbers, and everything that we find educational and fun for them.

Individual activities will be complemented with group activities within the classroom itself. Don’t worry if one quarter your child doesn’t bring home as many worksheets as you expect, that doesn’t mean they don’t learn anything, but rather that these activities have been done in a different way.

The monitoring of children by educators through appropriate activities guarantees the achievement of the set objectives but without ever losing sight of our main mission, guaranteeing their evolution as a person through our philosophy of learning by playing.
