What we do at each stage:
Infants
This includes P3, P4 and P5 courses. The aim of this stage is to provide children with a comprehensive and necessary training so that each boy and girl learns to be and act independently , to think and communicate , to discover and take initiative and to live together and live in the world.
At this age children are being formed cognitively, in terms of motor skills, socially, emotionally and affectively while developing their own personality. From the school we offer them a welcoming, open and flexible space, with resources and teaching-learning situations that stimulate this development, meeting the needs of girls and boys while respecting their maturing rhythm.
We are a strong team of people aware of the importance of our teaching responsibility, with specific pedagogical and personal training at this stage and in continuous development in order to improve our daily work.
We are a school that values and takes great care of the relationship with children and their families, which is why communication and participation is one of our priorities. At the school, we accompany you along this path in which your son or daughter is the centre of their own learning. In this sense, we make it easy for families to enter the classroom at different times so that you can participate in their teaching-learning process.

Primary
Primary is the compulsory educational stage that covers from 6 to 12 years. It is the longest in the education system and during this stage boys and girls consolidate their identity, begin to be aware of their abilities and limitations and perceive their situation in the social and cultural environment.
The aim of these six years is to provide students with the comprehensive training necessary for each boy and girl to develop their intellectual, motor/physical, personal and social balance abilities and also for them to acquire solid basic skills that serve them to guide their own future.
At school, we accompany them on this path by working on values , making them, at all times, the centre of their learning. We respect everyone’s learning rates and abilities, while following active methodologies based on participation, observation and experimentation, and cooperative work. We emphasize activities that encourage dialogue, critical thinking and responsibility.

Secondary
Compulsory Secondary Education in our school offers a wide range of learning related to the curriculum and other areas that must also be taken into account: we are facing girls and boys from 12 to 16 years that are living one of the most complex moments of life. It is important that the discovery of one’s own personality, new interests and desires, and physical and emotional changes are supported by tutoring! This helps them acquire new skills to overcome any new challenges that teenagers may encounter.
This tutoring accompaniment requires, at the same time, a strong bond with the family. In fact, our school considers the tutoring team, students and their families to be the backbone of this stage. The constant communication between these three groups is the main axis that guarantees the good development of the academic and personal life of the school’s students. We work for each and every one of the boys and girls in the school individually and at the same time as a group in order to achieve good coexistence and cohesion within the groups.
The dedication of the tutoring team is focused on the development of a personal and academic project individually with the students and shared with each family. The teaching staff constantly ensures individualized learning and human support, developing their intelligence and talents.
At the end of the stage, the success of the girls and boys at our school lies in deciding responsibly their academic future, which will lead them to high school or training cycles.
This close monitoring does not end for us in the 4th year of ESO, since most students continue in school doing a baccalaureate in which the teachers who have seen them grow continue to support them.

High School (6th Form)
The Baccalaureate stage has a history in our school from the 1987/88 school year, when the old COU was transformed to the current Baccalaureate after various educational reforms took place. We offer two modalities: Science and Technology and Humanities and Social Sciences. Both modalities have a wide range of subjects, which allows our students to choose between various training itineraries that guarantee a flexible and perfectly adaptable preparation to face higher studies.
Our educational project is characterized by providing comprehensive training to students, affecting both the emotional, inner and social education of the person as well as their academic performance . The individual attention for each girl and each boy, designed by the tutoring team, is for us the backbone of the process of guidance and decision-making for their future. On the other hand, the support of the teaching staff and the necessary attention allow us to develop the talent of each one and make them achieve success in their personal challenges.
Without neglecting the importance recognised by the entire teaching team that each student obtains good results in the university entrance exams, (which is confirmed in our results year after year), we focus our greatest efforts on accompanying our students to obtain sufficient maturity and autonomy so that they can face their future projects beyond school.
