Foc Sitges is a project dreamed of for a long time that, with enthusiasm and love, has become a reality. The bases of our cuisine are the highest quality ingredients, the special, revered oven seen as the core of our culinary home, and the glorious energy of fire transferred to food.

​In a digital and molecular world, our philosophy focuses on returning to the ancestral, to a primeval cooking experience, that puts you in touch with your core being and the Earth.

It is no coincidence that the wood-fired oven is considered ideal for making a perfect pizza. Thanks to its temperature, the result is a texture that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, accompanied by the unique fragrance provided by olive wood.
