Well firstly I have to apologise that I did not take any photos as I was having such a good time. It’s a pity I didn’t remember to, as the food was so beautifully presented. We had a table for 9 with diners ranging from 9yrs old to 83, and could not have had a more enjoyable experience. Half the diners had individual dishes (steak, sea bream) and half had sharing dishes (calamares, ribs, artichokes, caprese salad). All of the food, including the delicious desserts, was delicious: the highest quality ingredients, perfectly prepared and presented. But it was the innovative flair in the recipes, plus the magic conjured up by the team, that really made the difference. By magic, I mean that from the moment we entered, the owners, the servers and the chef and his team welcomed us with smiles, informed us, anticipated our needs, and entertained us, so that the whole experience (including but not limited to the food) had that wonderful element of escapism that really makes a restaurant fun and amazing. It is not the cheapest restaurant in town, but neither should it be; it was well worth it. Throughly recommended!

We’re committed to trying out all the great recommendations we have read and tonight it was La Fabrika de Sabores turn! Beautiful atmosphere, good lighting, great attention and delicious food, presented in a very appealing way! My better half loved the prawns whereas I loved the artichokes! All was super good!

This is for us the best restaurant is sitges. Healthy and fresh products. Allan, the chef from Scotland , makes wonderful dishes ! And he is very flexible in case you want something special. The owners are a wonderful fun couple from Italy ! We go there most weeks now. Very reasonably priced too.
