Restaurant Description
Nem Sitges
Our idea at Nem Sitges has always been to create a cosy, relaxed and affordable restaurant, where our customers can enjoy fresh, seasonal food that changes every month.
Our monthly menu is inspired by the type of food we like to eat. Likewise, we always take into account seasonal products and look for ways to cook them in a simple and tasty way so that our customers can try new and interesting dishes.
Lee Coulson and Gonzalo Aguirre have been cooking for more than 20 years and after meeting in a restaurant in Barcelona, where we saw that we shared the same attitude and ideas regarding food, we decided to open our own restaurant.
Together we combine our experience, to be able to cook a global cuisine full of products from all over the world in different ways and styles.
The name Nem comes from a play on words, Nem is a Vietnamese roll and anem means ‘let’s go’ in Catalan, an invitation for our clients to feel welcome.

1 Reviews on “Nem Sitges”
Nem remains a firm favourite in our family. A visitor prompted us to have a night out in town, heading for the late sitting on Saturday night. Reliable as ever, the signature Nems, best bravas in Sitges (they are almost not bravas really, skin-on and chunky) and a ceviche that puts other Sitges ceviches to shame. Notable new vanilla based dessert with a surprising twist and an excellent bottle of white for €20. Three of us ate extremely well for less than €100. Still up there!
