Six Seis Sitges: Our Story

From the bustling streets of Mexico to the heart of Sitges, our passion for authentic Mexican food has taken us across continents and cultures. We are Michael and Gem, and this is our story.

It all started with a dream and a backpack in Latin America. The adventures, flavours and cultures we experienced inspired us to bring the essence of Mexican food to Europe. And so, in 2015, our first pop-up in London was born.  Then, with our dogs Taco and Lily by our side, we left the city behind to find a home in beautiful Sitges.

From our food trucks in the United Kingdom to our special corner of town at Six Seis Sitges, each step has been an adventure!
