This isn’t typical galician lineup everybody expect to have in the glass. We’ll explore small producers, typical grapes but with artisanal expressions that challenge what we think we know about Galician whites.

We’ll talk about what does it mean to be a wine from Galicia and what defines a variety or a region, and how winemakers are redefining both.
